Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Due to the personalised nature of this service and the time reserved for your session, we require extended notice for cancellations. Cancellation: If you need to cancel your appointment, please call me or send me a text 0225762692. More than 48 Hours Notice: You will receive a refund to your original payment method. Between 24 and 48 Hours Notice: You will receive a full credit to your account, which can be applied toward a future class booking. Refunds are not issued within this window. Less than 24 Hour Notice: The class fee is non-refundable. This includes all No-Shows (failure to attend the scheduled class). In the rare event that the instructor needs to cancel a pre-paid One-on-One Coaching appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will be immediately notified. A full refund will be paid. Technical Requirements Policy Client Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring that you have a stable internet connection, adequate space for movement, and the necessary platform downloaded prior to class. Non-Refundable Issues: Technical issues on the client's end (e.g., poor connection or user error) are not eligible for refunds or credits. Health, Safety & Liability Waiver Policy This policy applies to all participation in classes, workshops, and coaching provided by Empowered Authenticity Ltd. Client Responsibility and Medical Clearance Assumption of Risk: By participating in any Yoga Coaching sessions (in-person or online), the client acknowledges and agrees that they are responsible for monitoring their own body's response and physical limits during the session. Medical Fitness: It is the client's sole responsibility to ensure they have medical clearance from a qualified health professional (such as a doctor or midwife) to practice yoga or engage in physical exercise. Waiver of Liability: Empowered Authenticity Ltd., its staff, and instructors (Alicia) are not medical professionals and cannot diagnose or treat medical conditions. While we will provide professional instruction and guidance to the best of our ability, we are not responsible for any injuries, illness, or loss incurred as a result of participation in classes or workshops. Know Your Body: The client affirms that they know their body better than the instructor and must always listen to their body, modifying or resting as needed. If any pain or discomfort is experienced, the client must stop immediately and inform the instructor.
