Looking for a gentle way to move your body without the "boutique" price tag?

 

Our Generational Foundational Flow is a unique movement session tailored for women navigating the postnatal journey and beyond.

 

Whether you are a new Mama looking to safely restore your core, pelvic floor, or need some time to unwind, or a Nana/Carer looking to stay agile, this class offers a supportive, multi-generational environment. Bubs are welcome, but not mandatory ;)

 

What makes this class different?

 

Postnatal-Safe: Sequences curated to focus on pelvic floor health, core stability, and functional mobility. Before each class you will get an opportunity to share what your needs are, which allows Alicia to tailor that day's sequence.

Bubs are Welcome: This is a relaxed, baby-friendly sanctuary. We move with our babies, meaning you can stop for a feed, a cuddle, or a change whenever you need. Crying babies are welcome too, so there is no judgement here, just support.

 

Practical Tools: You’ll walk away with movement ideas you can easily integrate into your busy daily life at home.​​

Note: All participants must have clearance from the LMC/ Doctor before participating in physical activity.

Empowerment Mentoring

Investment: $80/hour

Prenatal Yoga Classes

A truly nurturing Prenatal Yoga experience designed to connect you deeply with your body and mind during pregnancy. This class is suitable for first-time practitioners and anyone seeking mindful movement during this sacred time.

 

Commit to your well-being with our monthly or concession package. These subscriptions provide you with one dedicated prenatal class each week, offering consistency, routine, and deepening your connection to the supportive community. Regular practice helps strengthen your body, calm your mind, and build the confidence necessary for birth and motherhood.

 Our specialised Aqua-Natal Movement sessions are specifically designed for both pre and postnatal people, offering a sanctuary to connect with your body in a weightless environment.

Whether you are looking for relief from the physical load of pregnancy or a supportive space for postnatal recovery, Aqua-Natal offers a unique blend of mindful movement and peace of mind.

Note: All participants must complete a mandatory health questionnaire prior to participation.

Workshops and Retreats

Investment: $25 per person

What you will gain:

  • 5 Essential Aquatic Poses: Learn specific movements to create space for your baby and instant comfort for your hips and lower back.

  • The "Full Moon Float": Experience the magic of total weightlessness and deep relaxation.

  • Community Connection: Meet other local mamas in a safe, supportive, and private environment.

This workshop is the ideal entry point if you’re considering our upcoming Wednesday Morning or Sunday Afternoon blocks.

Spaces are strictly limited to 8 mamas to ensure a private and personalized experience. Early booking is highly recommended.
