Motherhood is a complex developmental process and includes so many ongoing changes that we have to adapt to: As a Matrescence Practitioner, I aim to help you navigate these changes that may feel challenging to you. My ultimate goal is to be a safe space where you feel seen, heard, and understood without judgement and with the love, empathy, and compassion that you deserve. We work together to find strategies that work for you and align with your values. My approach is based on real lived experience, my foundation is rooted in evidence based research and professional practice.
