Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping; rates calculated at checkout based on location.

What is your return or exchange policy?
Because our items are custom printed on demand, we do not offer exchanges or returns for buyer's remorse (e.g., ordering the wrong size or change of mind). We can only process returns or replacements for items that arrive damaged, defective, or if you received the incorrect item/size due to a printer error.
No returns are accepted after 14 days of receipt of purchase.

How do I care for my garments?
We know you’ll be excited to wear your new gear but can you please do us a favour?

Make sure you wash it before wearing - cold wash, and inside out.

If you want it to last, don’t be tempted to tumble dry, or iron the print. At least we didn’t say hand wash though right? No one has time for that.

We also don't recommend using Earthwise or Ecostore detergent as they can cause print fading and we want your gear to look sharp for as long as poss
What is your typical production and shipping timeline?
Since every item is custom printed just for you, there is a production period of 3-7 business days.
Shipping then takes an additional 2-5 business days depending on the location.
Total time is usually 5–12 business days.
Can I request a custom design?
Most certainly! You know your superpower, and you know what empowers you.
